After a year of showing students, teachers and governors the igloo 360º, we now have strong evidence that this is a powerful teaching tool.
Take a look at the faces of the primary school children in the video above. Look at the thrill as they learn in a 360º environment.
We can take pupils on a fully immersive tour of the internal workings of the human body. Or we can plot a route through the solar system, following the paths of comets or satellites, and stopping off to visit specific planets along the way. And we can challenge people to create and display their own 360° media.
Because it runs on standard technology, the system is easy to use and it can also be very affordable. Also, our igloo 360º are quick, easy and safe to install, indoors or outdoors, at any site or in any situation.
It’s a creative professional development opportunity for staff. It’s an engaging and adaptable classroom environment. It’s also a venue to host events and showcase creativity.
To pursue the opportunities, we’re teaming up with specialists in the education sector – with a view to develop new 360° digital media to mirror the national curriculum.
