Additional funding secured in the unlikeliest of times
14th April 2020
Here at Igloo HQ, we’re ever-so-happy to announce that the company has raised anadditional £435,000 in funding under the UK Government…
Right before the world went into lockdown, we were gearing up to announce not one, but two new office moves - which will make it far easier for far more people to visit our busiest demo centres and get a taste for Igloo Shared VR.
Now, with travel restrictions easing, clients starting to return for in-person demos, and unable to contain our excitement for a moment longer, we’re finally ready for the big reveal.
(Drumroll...)
London calling
We were ever-so-fond of our old Wood Green abode but, yes, it was a bit of a trek out of town.
So, now, you can come and see us in Hoxton, just a brisk walk from Old Street tube station.
The best part is the hugely expanded space. It means we’ve got room for you to experience a 6-metre cylinder, a 6-metre dome, and a 2.5-metre cube, plus there’s enough floor-space for the odd test-build. And, as well as the sales team, we’ve also got room for a newly extended development team.
In the video, our own Jess Cooper gives you a whistlestop tour.
New York, New York
Meanwhile, on the US East Coast, we’ve moved from way out in New Jersey all the way into Midtown Manhattan, just a couple of blocks from Penn Station.
It’s not as big as the London office, but we’ve nonetheless got room for a 6-metre cylinder. And, in the video, the one-and-only Jesse Rowland is eager to give you a tour.
Everywhere else
Remember, we’ve also got demo centres in Los Angeles, Toronto, Melbourne and here at Igloo HQ in deepest, darkest Shropshire. Dependent on COVID restrictions, we’re keen to host in-person demos at any of them. So, be sure to get in touch to arrange your demo.
